How does selling on BPF Shopgate works?
Get started in signing up the seller account, creating your own store and uploading your products. This is a very user-friendly platform, with just few clicks… you can now start your business with us!

What will be the payment processing fees if I am selling my products?
As a Seller, you may choose either of the two options to manage store by yourself or it will be outsourced operations management to BPF Shopgate. Both the options have different payments scheme. In addition to that, a seller must pay based on monthly transactions on percentage basis.

How to register as a seller?
Please follow the steps for registration:

  1. Go to Register, then click I’m a Seller option.
  2. Fill out the necessary information needed on the seller form
  3. Click Sign Up
  4. Verify your Email
  5. You can now log in and get started with setting up your store and uploading your products.

What items can I sell in BPF Shopgate?
All tangible products, except for cooked foods, illegal drugs and items and pornographic materials. All products to be uploaded in BPF Shopgate is subject for admin approval.

What countries do BPF Shopgate operate in?
Currently, BPF Shopgate is available only in Qatar. However, sellers from other countries may also register and sell to BPF Shopgate Online Platform.

If I will go for a subscription basis, what is my guarantee that my sales will improve?
Our Unique Online Marketplace with a Theme of “For Qatar in Qatar” with over half Millions Followers & Top Local/International Brands as Sellers would definitely attract Buyers to have our platform as their preferred Online Shopping Platform.

How many transactions do you have in a day?
We are about to launch our Online Marketplace starting 15th of May, 2019. Having above Half Million Followers since our Soft Launching Last year November, we are set to have lot of daily transactions.

How will the delivery be done in seller’s perspective?
We have multiple options where a seller either may do delivery, deliver it to BPF Shopgate Point of Collection or may get Paid Logistic Service of BPF Shopgate. In the latter case, BPF Shopgate may collect from their service centers for delivery.

I do not have a CR in Qatar, am I allowed to join your platform?
Yes, provided either a seller operates in some other countries under a Valid Commercial Registration or he/she is willing to become our registered member as an Individual i.e. our Home-based E-Commerce Platform.

How to register as a SELLER on BPF Shopgate Online Platform?
Please follow the steps for registration:

  1. Go to Register, then click I’m a Seller option.
  2. Fill out the necessary information needed on the seller form
  3. Click Sign Up
  4. Verify your Email
  5. You can now log in and get started with setting up your store and uploading your products.

How to create an account as a BUYER on BPF Shopgate Online Platform?

  1. Go to Register, then click I’m a buyer option.
  2. Fill out the necessary information needed on the buyer form.
  3. Click Sign Up
  4. Verify your Email
  5. You can now log in and get started with your shopping!

How do I change information with my account as a buyer or a seller?

  1. Log in your Seller or Buyer Account
  2. Go to Hello! Your Name then Select My Account Settings
  3. Click the Profile Details
  4. You can edit your account information
  5. Save Changes

Create you own store

Register as a Seller
Please follow the steps for registration:

  1. Go to Register, then click I’m a Seller option.
  2. Fill out the necessary information needed on the seller form
  3. Click Sign Up
  4. Verify your Email
  5. You can now log in and get started with setting up your store and uploading your products.

Set- up your store

  1. Log in your seller account
  2. Go to the Hello! Your Name at the upper right of your screen, then click My Shop Dashboard
  3. Select the Settings, then you can now start setting up your Store.
  4. Store – Store Name, Profile, and Description
  5. Payment – Account Details
  6. Branding – Store Icon and Store Banner
  7. Social – Social Media Accounts link
  8. Save Changes.

Note: You cannot view your store in the shop list without adding at least one product in your store.

Add products

  1. Log in your seller account
  2. Go to Hello! Your Name at the upper right of your screen then click the drop-down button, then click My Shop Dashboard
  3. Click Add Products
  4. Then fill out the necessary product details:
  5. Product Name
  6. Product Description
  7. Categories
  8. Features Image
    • Gallery
    • Product Type
    • Price
    • Inventory
  9. Click Add Product

Note: All added products will be for approval before this will be posted on your shop.

Buyer

How to place an order:

  1. Register buyer account or proceed as guest account.
  2. Choose your desired product.
  3. Add to cart.
  4. Proceed to Checkout
  5. Fill out all necessary details.
  6. Place an order

Payment Methods Available:

  1. Cash on Delivery
  2. Debit/Credit Card
  3. Pickup

Do you keep credit card details?

  • Security is our prime objective in every transaction that you will do in our BPF Shopgate Online Platform. We make sure that your credit card details will directly be submitted in the bank and will not keep any details from our end.
  • Credit Card prime holder shall get security notifications to validate the placed order before the payment will proceed.

How to track orders?

  • You may email our customer support at shop@bpfshopgate.com, or you may call at +974 4414 3348, +974 7745 0003, +974 7745 0008 to track the status of your order.

What are the delivery fees and rates?

Inside Doha

  • For orders above 200 QAR, the delivery fee is free within Doha. However, if your order is less than 200 QAR, the flat rate delivery charge within Doha is 20QAR.

Outside Doha

  • For orders to be delivered outside Doha, the flat rate delivery charge is 30QAR.

 

Return and Refund Policy

  • Product can only be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery and the buyer will obtain full refund if the replacement is not possible.
  • We will only accept Refund and Return if the cause is related to product issues such as damage, incorrect item, incomplete/missing parts, different from the advertisement on the platform, and/or unfit/wrong size.

Cancellation Policy

  • Buyer has the right to request cancellation of order within 24 Hours only, otherwise BPF Shopgate will not accept the cancellation request and will continue to process the order.

Sell on BPF Shopgate Store

1. What is BPF Shopgate Store?

  • BPF Shopgate Store is an owned store of BPF Shopgate where we provide higher advertising strategies within BPF Shopgate Platform. We welcome brands and sellers to join BPF Shopgate store to get this privilege and maximize their sales.

2. Who will manage the account for BPF Shopgate Store?

  • BPF Shopgate Store is in- charge of the account management and all the access in BPF Shopgate Store. Seller has no right to get the credentials or direct access to BPF Shopgate Store’s back of the house system.

3. How to sell on BPF Shopgate Store?

  • Brands/Sellers may contact BPF Shopgate Customer Support Team to join BPF Shopgate Store and discuss Terms and Conditions. Seller Information Form will be given to review your business background.

4. Promotions for BPF Shopgate Store

  • BPF Shopgate Store will advertise and promote your products to boost your sales.

5. Who will upload products in BPF Shopgate Store?

  • BPF Shopgate Store will upload all the products in BPF Shopgate Store provided that sellers will give photos, descriptions and pricing. BPF Shopgate will assess whether the photos are acceptable to upload or else, we must take professional photos of your products. Selling in BPF Shopgate Store is a paid service.

6. Who will set the pricing of the products?

  • BPF Shopgate Store shall review the pricing that the seller will submit to us and decide for the final pricing to upload.
